Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Shipment
Carefully repackage your item in its original professional packaging and crates to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our studio.
Dispatch the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or coordinate with our white-glove freight partners to schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item for original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
