Reminiscent of a zebra, alternating light and dark stripes give this finish its name. Zebra wood features an interlocked grain and embraces visible striping. Rich in character, this finish will bring an exotic feel to any piece it covers.
The grain pattern in wood varies in nature, so no two veneers are the same. The sample will not perfectly match your custom piece, but will give you an idea of the finish color.
What is veneer? Veneer is a thin slice of hardwood made by rotary cutting or slicing the actual log.
Is it real wood? Yes! Slices of wood are bonded to a more stable substrate making them less susceptible to warping or splitting.
