This custom rug was designed by Scout and hand-tufted by artisans in India. It features a durable wool pile that's super soft underfoot and electric hues with an alligator design.

This collection was born from napkin sketches, vintage archives pinned to bulletin boards, and ideas that felt just beyond reach. And instead of scaling back, we leaned in.
Designed in-house, The Impossible Collection is brought to life by Scout’s product designers, upholsterers, carpenters, and global partners who share a commitment to material and craft. These pieces are not for filling a room, they are pieces for building an impossible world.
Powdery velvets, hand-marbled textiles, jewel toned lacquered finishes with a mirror-level sheen, burl woods with dramatic grain, and hardware cast like jewelry. These are pieces meant to be dreamed about, lived in, gathered around, and most importantly talked about. Pieces that reward a second look.
Due to the handmade nature and weaving process, rugs may vary slightly in color and size.

- Regular vacuuming is key to extending the life and beauty of your rug. Avoid vacuuming the fringe of your rug and use a broom instead.
- Remove spills immediately by blotting with a clean, undyed towel; do not scrub.
- For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend having your rug cleaned by a professional. Harsh chemicals can damage or fade rugs.
- Use rug protectors under heavy furniture to protect the rug pile. Rotating your rug every few months can also help relieve areas from excessive wear.
